I am a contemporary meditation teacher with over 25 years of experience in teaching kindergarten, high school students and adults with formal qualifications held in education, psychology and business attained at Murdoch and Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia. Facilitating is both a passion and a strength. I was born in Perth, Western Australia and have taught mindfulness meditation to both adults and children for the past 20 years.
My own life includes a lived experience of disability which has enhanced my compassion, awareness and understanding of human behaviour and increased my desire to help others achieve greater meaning and purpose in their life. My business was born, the year my husband had a motorbike land on his chest.
I understand too well, when faced with the extremes of life and death, how difficult it can be to regain your balance, adapt and shift your perspective. We are complexed beings each with a story to tell but we are so much more than that...
Pure Consciousness Meditations facilitates education and skills that help you move beyond the story that repeats in your thinking mind, to manage your energy and focus your attention. PCM sessions are designed to build capacity of individuals and organisations to deal with increasingly complex social, emotional, technological environments that are enduring rapid change.
My passion is to empower you to experience the relaxation response as a starting point and then to educate you to, realise your own infinite potential as a human being and to return you to the intuitive state of balance.
I believe that the right people show up in the right place at the right time and that each situation in life presents, to help us grow and expand whatever we previously thought was possible. Our challenges can represent the times of greatest growth and learning.
Life has has within it cycles and patterns of rebirth. We can choose to intuitively harness the energy of these cycles to grow and change or we can choose to stagnate.
There is an inner knowing that Pure Consciousness enhances that shifts perspectives and creates spaces for the new to enter and the old to be released. The answer lies in the alignment of your thoughts, knowing your strengths and being able to listen deeply and take action from a place that is centred and grounded. In PCM sessions you learn how bring all three body systems online rather through sound, movement and breath.
My greatest joy is derived from facilitating the transformation that comes from meditating for resilience and the beautiful souls I meet that are drawn to these processes.

To not accept this prevents obstacles from turning into stepping stones.
When you don't know, ask but trust that your own being knows what's true for you.
There's a long distance between your head and your heart.
If you can’t hear what your heart is saying, create time and space to enjoy your own company.
There aren’t any short cuts to making your dreams come true and life can be messy at times.
When you get lost, don’t worry...the people that love you will find you.
Better still learn to love yourself.
Own all of your choices, actions, mistakes.
Life isn’t day and years, its moment to moment and what you DO with your life that counts.
Appreciate what you have and learn from your story, but know that you are so much more than that.
Give thanks for the people who want to share in your life but have no expectations of them.
Trust we are all doing the best we can with what we know.

Fun Facts
- I love to travel and dance.
- In a previous life time I taught aerobics and moved and grooved with 100's of participants at studios around Perth.
- I enjoy keeping fit, eating good food, yoga, roller blading and stand up paddle boarding.
- I believes in living life to the fullest.
- I believe the most precious moments are the simplest of luxuries like watching the sunrise or the sunset, catching a glimpse of shooting star, being in the ocean and sitting underneath a very big tree, whether alone or with good company.
